Not only has he helped me to reach my initial health and fitness goals, he has pushed me to go above this and strive for newones and is continually challenging me to push myself one step further. I began training with Liam in early 2009, after trialling a couple of trainers previously. Instantly, I knew I had made the right choice. I was so impressed after our first meeting.
